Managed to find the tic in which insipired me to use the word Bunianese till this very day. It was mentioned in the play Main2 all the way back to the year 2002. Gosh that's like 7 years ago and I was proudly still a student! The meaning of Bunianese (googled) :- Orang Bunian are supernatural beings in Malay legends, similar to elves.
They are said to exist in large communities, mimicking human social structures, with families and clans.

And hey March is here! There's so much to do this month. Like the open house, the alumni gathering, the planning of the much awaited trips, etc! And also the cukur rambut and the best fren's wedding. It's this bad that I need to choose and decide if I could make it to all of the events scheduled. For example, the alumni gathering clashed with my fren's wedding. I still yet to decide. Nevertheless, looking forward to all the events and alot of catching up and socialising will be done!
We were supposed to start our Cardio Mix but due to insufficient participants the class could not start. It's not a wasted trip tho cos we got to wash eyes at Gombak United players. And so we walked from Jurong West stadium all the way to JP. Checked out the treatments avail at Jamu Wellness and booked ourselves a facial appt! Can't wait for that! Hoepfully my skin will not react drastically to the facial. :)
Yesterday, watched Marley and Me at cathay with him. It was a romantic and sappy movie that I was quite surprised that he would want to watch it. Since he only loves thrillers and sci-fis so asking me out for Marley and Me kept me mum for a while. Altho most critics mentioned that it's all about the dog, I'm sure many will not deny that the human factors shown are lessons in life to be learnt. Especially for newly weds. Yah la it's all about planning in life and what you wish to do but sometimes the plan doesn't work and it turned out to be much better than what you would have expect. He said the movie was not bad till it made him cry (HUH?!). Seriusly?? Thankfully I did not witness it thanks to the dark grand cathay. Otherwise, it'd be such an awful sight. hee!
And yup! Yesterday had lunch at the Halal Pastamania like finally.
Poor Merlion got struck by lightning last evening. Even the Merlion was not spared from the natural hazard. Only a few days ago our island was beautified by double rainbows and now the Merlion got hit. I don't know if good or bad luck's coming our way.
It's funny how when a nice guy came your way and asked you to be the one but you just had to simply reject him cos you could not find it in your heart to like him what more love.
Then there's the one you yearn to hold and be with but then you just know it that you can never be together. Be it because of the history you have with him or you just cannot see the two of you sharing the future.
And so you settled for the one whom you are not quite sure if he will make you happy and provide for the best but in your heart you know damn well that he's just The One. Of course I would want to believe that Fate is behind the decisions made and to be made.
But now's not the time to ponder over such things. :D And so yesterday grabbed my fave caramel corns at Daiso and this simple foodies just cheer me up instantly! Yummies!
Thunderstorm's here again! The best thing to do now is snuggle up under my floral blanket while gearing up for another week of work!
