Holiday without M (11-14 June 2015)

I’m basically recapping the memorable events from 2014-2016. The years i did not have posts here in my blog. For 2015, was delighted that the husband agreed to go for a short BKK trip. Without M. He was about 9 months old when we left him for our couple holiday. We only managed to go HK and Penang before I was on curfew cos we found out that I was pregnant. No babymoon or such as the husband’s conservative like that. 🙄

Thankfully too that the parents were okay for us to leave without M. Heh. So we went for a 4 day BKK trip. It was short with alot of shopping and no visits to any of the attractions. 

We had the biggest legroom ever cos we got seats near the exit.

My fave Accomodation in BKK.

Pathumwan Princess, which was directly linked to MBK where you cld get Halal food easily.

It was my 2nd time here and we did return for a 3rd time last March. 

This was yummy and cheap. In SG, you gotta fork out at least $5 for this coconut ice cream.

We bought these family Tees from Jatujak mall.

The mall behind the popular Chatuchak market.

It was abt $4 each Tee.

These were so yummy especially the iced Thai tea cos the cubes flavoured with tea too!

Husband’s favourite and he ordered it again when we returned.

It wasn’t that overpriced although we bought it from the hotel.

And they will have huge discounts on their cakes after 8pm daily.

There’ll be no more couple holidays cos holidays will always include M now. He’s growing up real fast that we had no problems separating him and his pram. Also because we couldn’t find a more than 15kg load pram. Of course the husband had to carry him when M’s gotten too tired. As much as M enjoys our holidays (now he’s claiming any toy shops as Toys ‘r’ us), I think it takes a toll on him everytime we’re on trips. He would not nap even if we’re back at hotel cos he’d be busy playing his toys instead. He’ll be even contented if he gets to buy a less than $5 🚗 to play with.

Next up will be M’s first birthday bash!
