Rainbow Adventure

 

This was probably my 2nd walk event. Yes, not even a marathon. The last I joined was Big Walk cos it was in USS. Alot of pit stops for photos. We didn’t even prep for this and the 3.5km felt like eternity. The brief stop for DIY fan was a breather. Location was also great cos the walk was along the river. Even spotted a lonely otter.

Finisher medal was in acrylic tho so it looked kinda cheap.  And that tshirt. We were so lucky to have snagged the last sizes available. ❤️

12 Syawal

2nd Syawal weekend! And this has got to be my 1st ever duit raya from sis.❤️ And she specifically chose this design for me. Bibir pun.

On last Thur husb took leave and we went to husb’s Bibik yang paling jauh ye. At west coast. Right after school so shagged. That’s why me and the son can nvr have plans after school. Friday came and we went Raya with the schoolmates. An intimate one but never less kecoh. Can’t believe we had 5 hours of kecohness over 3 houses je. And the jiran ordered shellout ye. Sedap!

And I love this choc kuih raya. 

Yesterday was packed too. The boys went out for morn Godzilla movie and I went out slightly later to collect my race pack. Had a quick lunch got home and changed. To go to cousin’s place. Had scrumptious dinner ye. 

Today continued with the husb’s side and covered 4 houses. How? Still unfinished. 😫

First Syawal weekend

First day of Syawal we covered first bro, mom’s and 3 obeks/bibik. The really main ones. 

Then came the weekend, we covered 2 Hougang, 1 Sengkang, 1 Amk and ended at Yishun.

Wasn’t really expecting guests but there were 20 guests who came over on Sunday.

First bro came followed by husb’s 2 cousins and their fam.

Happy to get to meet the new cucu (cute much ye!) and 2 new family members soon. Alhamdulillah.

So thankful for these ties. 

Oh and the above picture gonna be my annual Raya post pic.  Cakes made by my Bibik. She has taught me the recipes but I very the malas eh. 

Meanwhile, Raya continues this wkend, Insha Allah.

Last Friday of Ramadan

I cannot stressed enough how thankful and blessed I am to have ever-giving people around me. My jiran came up and passed me Buko (Buko lei! The one I’ve been wanting to try but never ordered) and her specialty tella tarts. Altho she’s already given me suji. 

My heart’s so full this Ramadan. ❤️

When the neighbours keep sharing rezeki.  

Alr told her not to get me anything tapi tetap eh dia belikan fruit tart ni, serawa durian yg sgt sedap and also passed me Ibu’s sugee. 🥹

Cannot wait to savour this tmr.
