The last Monday of 2010.

Sunday was spent lazing at home.

Sis alr gone early in the morn.
I was so bored till I sun Hippo.

At least now she got some sun ♥

Mr Gee was working dayshift and asked abt my plans for Sunday.
Which I had none.
Then he asked me out for dinner at Pondok Jawa, PS.
It happened to be the day that I got lost in mrt.
CT Hall - Raffles Place - CT Hall - Dhoby Ghaut
I was supposed to alight at Raffles to chg but took the train all the way to CT Hall.
When reached, I realised I was heading towards Bugis instead. Urgh.
Wout tinking much, crossed the track over to Marina Bay bound train.. =__="
Changed at Raffles then passed by CT Hall again and finally Dhoby Ghaut.
Get it? Haha.
Told ya I got lost.

Planned to bring the Mom out to town today.
We went out as early as 1030.

1st stop was PS to grab her shoes.
And so here she was, posing with her new Crocs!
Got present katakan. So must pose in front of a presie too.

Walked over to Paragon for the toilets.
The only toilets I cld visit in town; Paragon and Ion. :)
Mom attracted to the lights at the atrium.

Had our lunch at Ayam Penyet Lucky Plaza then went to Tangs.
Told her to choose a <$30 bag and she got one Perlinni.

So here she was, happily lugging her $100 treat from me. hee!

A step closer

Alhamdulillah... It went on smoothly.

Now...A step closer. :)

Xmas Eve

It seems like a long week when it's supposed to be rather short.
Despite the busyness at work and finally that the students have done their share of mugging this yr, the long wkend's HERE!
And I truly predict that the wkend's gonna be real long esp tomorrow.

Anyways, everyone else is pretty much in hol mood.
And yay! Went to town today after work and done some stuff for Jan. :)

I dunno why but it seems like this Xmas it's alot merrier.
Esp when it comes to my Presies!

I was lugging these home yest.
I must admit that there's much lesser foodstuff this yr but I so LOVE the choc fondue set!
The cushion! And even the Butter Cookies in tin!
It had a beautiful cover.
And these were not all.
There's still stuff like from Nian and Sis which were not included in the above pic.
Yes! I LOVE the Santa Mickey tOO! ♥

I didn't expect EC to have given me VANS... YaY!
But I wondered when could I bring it out..Hee. ♥

BoSS tends to wait till the Eve to pass us our gift!
This time it came in a striking PINK wrapper.
Finally, I thot. She din have to get us something ex.
But when I turned over, I saw those words.
Marc Jacobs. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I was thrilled! I've been wanting to get something from der but just cldnt dare to step my foot into the store. And here I am, on the eve of Xmas, holding my 1st Marc Jacobs.
The biggest clutch I ever had. ♥
It's made from Cow Leather btw.

Another LoveLy TueS...

I didn't expect my Tues to be lovely. Yet again. =)
Mr Gee had his last paper today and he asked me out for dinner. At the last min.
I wasn't that properly dressed to meet him.
So I had to take cover with the school's jacket. ^__^

Thankfully it rained.
And for the first time ever, the mrt had to brake to stop at Lakeside.
However, it overshot a metre or so.
And I guess mrt doesn't have a reverse function. hee.
The officer decided to bypass the station instead.

Hee.

And coincidentally, we were looking like ermmm indescribable.
Becos we were both in pink tops and blue bottoms with blue shoes. *__*"
The most weirdest thing tonite, he sent me home.
And passed me the above postcard with his dream cat on it.

Last night for the first time ever, we had a huge fam dinner.
Thanks to bro's treat!
The plan was for me to tag along in his car but in the end was made to drive by Mamang.
So yap. I drove the men (Dad, Mamang and Cousin bro) to that ulu place.

Of course GPS guided by Mamang. hee.

This place here is so ulu that we had to drive tru a small road wout any lanes
and a few holes on the rd. Hee.

The road was even narrower and freakier than Old CCK road.

Thankfully, we reached safely.
Mamang had to even warn me of the Speed Cam along ermmm I forgot where it was.
Somewhere in Yishun there la..

Now every single day of 2011 will remind me of her. Hee!
But I don't mind becos frens like her...Hard to come by. ♥

Tiring Weekend

If there’s one word to describe my weekend, it shall be TIRED. Altho I had fun!
For the first time ever, I had a date with Busmate. Okays not a date. It’s a SHE. Hee. My Indonesian busmate to be specific. We were so excited to take the IKEA shuttle bus from CCK for the first time. Met up as early as 1030 on the Sat morn. Armed with our recycled bag (keeping in mind that Ikea charges for their plastic bags instead of saving the Earth… hee!), we waited patiently or rather not at the bus stop.

As a few buses passed by, we were also busy keeping count of those potentials who might take the shuttle as well. Haha. And then the bus finally came. It went to pick up others at BB intchg too. Funny thing we only found out abt the shuttle like recently
and the service will be till end of this year. ^___^"

Although we were seated in the bus, we cldn’t help but noticed the time of the journey. As the bus needed to stop on Ikea’s side, it had to make quite a turn at Queensway.
The whole journey took at least 30mins.

Anyways sad that the gift wrappers were all sold out.
Not even a piece was left. :(
Disappointed too that there's no more Chinese Rojak at Queensway. :(

Took the 2.50pm bus back and these were the stuff that I got.
Only 3 items...Hee!

This morning woke up slightly late and missed my Brisk Walk. tsk.
Mom suddenly enthu wanted to try to do Indian Rojak.
Aiya chinese rojak nvr get, Indian rojak oso can lah.
Not fussy.. hee.

I rather buy them tho.
The gravy was a lil sour cos of the excessive pineapples.
Nice try still!

In the late noon met Nian at IMM.
Early dinner and then headed to WM.

A long week ahead and I can't wait for Friday altho Mon's not even here yet...
Urgh!

Lazy Sunday

I'm lazing on a Sunday but I did brisk walk (gosh after so long, Blame it on the cold nov rain!) in the morning. Even went to grab breakfast as well.

Anyways, had a lovely Sat despite the rain when as the norm,
sent sis to work and dropped by the mkt.
This time Mom managed to buy more fish than usual.
Tunas costs as cheap as $2 each!

Ended the morning rather early and I was out again by 1125.
Met mr Gee over at Jurong and we headed to JP.
Had lunch and watched Hello Stranger.
It's been so long since we last catch a movie tog. ♥♥

Hello Stranger was hilarious and the places they filmed at were rather familiar.
Mostly being shot in Korea.

Now I'm looking forward to watch the movie with lotsa hair in it!

And on last Thur I baked muffins!
Which I've intended to since Hari Raya Haji.

They don't look as gd as the taste cos I used Hershey chips and they simply melt on the inside!
