Tooth Fairy

And the weekend’s up! Tmr gonna be crowded everywhere since school gonna be all out in full force. And here we go again cracking my head for the week’s menu. Hmm.

I’m not the kind whom really remembers dates or milestones especially when it come to the kid. But him losing his 1st baby tooth, made me all emo.

Like for real he’s no longer a baby. Oh boy.

This tiny tooth has been wiggly since a week or so. 

Think mom had ‘provoked’ it max yesterday and at night it came off. 🦷

After all the drama last night, wanted to sleep in a little more today.

But the bell rang at 8! Adoi.

Breakfast delivery from Bro.

Alhamdulillah! Fried roti boyan too for breakfast.

And woah today’s so productive despite being a Sunday.

I even cooked nasi lemak for lunch, did laundry (all the hanging out, angkat kain and lipat kain), settled dinner order and even ironed the boy’s uniform for the week! 💪

Feels so settled

Now that I managed to complete my errands, I feel so settled. Alhamdulillah!

Yeap besides updating my own books, helped to print the senior citizens’ as well.

Collected my roti boyan and passed the present.

Finally I can post this up! Missed the Lush smell which nvr fail to remind me of our staycations. Managed to find that Lovely set for the cousin.

And of course gotta get something for myself too for the free shipping.

So I got the shower oil and the new orange body scrub.

Got a free shower jelly too! 😍

Sis came over with these pretty cupcakes!

Not that sweet so it’s quite delish. 🧁

The weekend’s here! And I have so many errands just for tmr. 

Like bank errands, going to the cousin’s etc. 🏃‍♀️ 

Anyways, just today we had 4 deliveries! Yassss! 4!

Shopee, Lazada, Qexpress and Zalora! ❤️

Zalora’s having Sale so I bought them dresses.

At around $21+ each! Cheap ar.

Shampoo from Lazada and Bro had this box of Vit C delivered!

Loves my new succulents from Shopee! 

Delivery was so fast and uncle’s so friendly.

Makes my home SO Korean la. 🥰

Hope they survive though.

And Alhamdulillah enjoyed my wkend so much.

Although I made western breakfast of eggs and sausages, heated up food for dinner.

And today I did laundry despite the cloudy weather and cooked Hokkien Mee for lunch and accompanied the sis to grab her Kiehl’s all the way in the West.

We went to only 4 shops because mostly you have to queue before entering.

Family Lunch

Alhamdulillah! Today we got to have a complete family lunch treat from the sis.

And yasssss! Finally I got Tulang Merah.

Naan, murtabak, nasi briyani and even cheese fries.

So fulfilling! 🤗

Oh yes and tandoori chicken too! 😍

The lucky husband got a special gift from the kid yesterday.

Sweet Treats

Yassssss! Weekend’s finally here. 

So today the ‘mall’ finally vibrant again and with that comes the patience testing incidents.

Bought quite a variety of items at NTUC but it only amounted to less than $18.

Went to the bakery after so long and found a special dessert!

Pretty right? It’s a custard lemon tart.

Bringing to Mom’s tmr. 🥰

Went to 7e to buy their Cornettos on Monday but out of stock.

Saw them replenishing so I bought 6 of them!

It’s only 3 for $5! And this Unicorn flavour is candyliciously yummy!  😍

B L O O M

In abt half an hour’s time, we’ll be moving to Phase 2 post CB.

Shops will be opened and we’ll be back to our almost normal life.

But with masks, safe distancing and safe entries.

Nature’s really healing with so many wild flowers blooming.

And these are ours. Loves the pink flowers.

A gift from the husband’s bff’s mom.

Way back to when we just moved. 

The kid’s plant been blooming eversince Dad moved it to a bigger pot.

Bright orangy yellow shades!

And then this random plant tumpang our Pandan pot.

Looks wilting since its growing days but hey, white flowers spotted!

Probably chilli plant contributed by the birds.

And a thorny flower. not!

Yeah we had durian last wkend but the husband’s bff bought us this yesterday!

So thick and creamy!

And just nice without feeling overwhelmed with the smell and taste.

We even found flesh in between the tiniest split. 🥰

We’re moving to Phase 2!

So during CB, been buying quite a few tiny stuff from Shopee.

And the huge one shd be MCM for the husband.

I’ve bought home stuff, the kid’s clothes and some other items la.

Like this polka dot storage.

It’s only $1.80 la seh! 😍

And the kid’s lounge wear. Probably the longest delivery.

But $4.80 per set! 🥰

Can’t wait for some other stuff from sis’ order!

Celebrating DAD

It was supposed to be a chillax Sunday but was rather eventful.

Upon reaching Mom’s, got a message from the ex.

She got apple strudel delivered to my place!

Thankfully bro called right after then he helped take it from our door to mom’s.

When I sent her a lil surprise for Raya she wasn’t there to collect cos she was napping.

🤣🤣🤣

So we get to share the strudel with the rest!

Then the husband made me walked to find some durian.

Guess how much for 3 of these?!?!?

$105! I could get a COACH wallet eh. 😂

Ordered Father’s Day cake from Cake Avenue.

Early Father’s Day

Finally the anxious wait is over.

So so hard for me to keep it from the husband and since he’s on WFH this week, gotta order by this week. In fact, I purchased last Sunday.

And it came today. Despite the worry as I received msg that it should be delivered yesterday. And also it was my first time buying with a substantial price.

Came in a huge box when its actual size is probably less than a quarter of the box.

Paperbag was included too.

The gift card’s pretty though!

It’d be better if the box fits nicely. Just like Gucci’s.

The ribbon’s on the other side. But it’s pretty still! ❤️

Hope the hubby likes it. His Father’s Day and Congratulory gift. 🎁 

Books Galore 📚

Woah today probably received the most deliveries! 2 of my books and my shopee loungeset came. Still anxiously waiting for another especially for the husband.

Can’t wait just hope it’s going to be tomorrow.

Wanted to get this one then suddenly soldout. So when I saw it’s avail again told the husband cos he has an account with Wardah Book.

So excited to start reading and that little note, caught me off guard.

He has been ordering cookies for his siblings for the past Raya with notes so I didn’t know he would include a note for this book purchase too. Selit je.

Anyways the book’s already lovely from the outside. ❤️

And this collection is another one to love. 

Seriously I patiently buy every time I was in Msia.

Because I know SG gonna cost at least $29 but MYR50 only.

And I think 1 I bot in KL, the other in JB and finally in SG for a fab deal of $10 ONLY!

That makes it the cheapest! I happened to buy Vol 3 first before getting Vol 2.

Loves every page of the book, The arts, quotes, colours and everything else.

End of CB - Phase 1

Alhamdulillah! So today after close to 2 mths not meeting the parents, finally could go over.

Sis even took leave today. Decided to go early morning and we reached before 9am!

Ate and ate and ate and also ran errands for the parents.

Came home with bagfuls of food.

Brownies to marble cakes, sparkling juice of course dish for dinner.

Then parcels greeted us at our door.

Waited really long for this one because it took 12 days to arrive.

A reward for the kid for completing Ramadhan although he fasted half days.

Initially he hesitated to open it as he’s very much aware of his toys stock but quickly changed and ripped the box and started to build.

This was yesterday’s lunch as it was the eve of back to work for the husband.

So filling that I could not finish my dinner.

Such a fruitful beginning of Phase 1 post CB.

Did the usual routine, went to Mom’s, ran errands and even gotten my mask order!

It was a thrill even for a visit to 7-11 cos I managed to grab Vanilla Coke for the husband, antibacterial wipes and Dino eggs for the kid. ✌🏻
