A few days to November! Oct’s been rather slow and less busy.

November’s gonna be really filled and before I know it, 2019 shall come.

5-6 Nov - staycation

10-11 Nov - JB staycation

17-18 Nov - anniversary staycation

Fulfilling Sunday

Today was supposed to be just chilling and doing things at our own time. Husband wanted to go to Tamp but I rejected cos seeing the sun, nah, I’ll give it a miss. But when he asked where I wanna go, said Causeway immediately cos I could grab my serum (Metro having 20% storewide). Had lunch at So Pho then bought the serum.

Woah got a $35 credit voucher which the husband used for a present.

So he paid less than half price for it.

And i got my serum at the same price as Airport’s plus free gifts!

Yes. You could get gifts if you were to buy from the brand’s counters rather than places like Sephora. Just like how you get perks for booking a hotel direct from their website.

But I love Sephora still for their massive varieties of brands and that they brought in Huda Beauty now. And their staff actually suggested for me to buy my serum from EL’s store as no stock at Sephora. 

Woa guess this weekend’s all about retail therapy.

Back to hard work tomorrow with the laundry and rushing to prep the kid for school!

BIL and family came over just after a phonecall.

So whipped nasi goreng for them and ordered Pizza as well.

Alhamdulillah. Sometimes really impromptu plans are the best!

Husband and his ideas.

Asked for gift wrap and said this is supposed to be my pre-anni gift.

Yeap! I remembered getting a glittery pouch the last time I bought this.

Now it’s quilted pink pouch with the travel friendly size serum! 😍

Fruitful Saturday

I can’t believe that I managed to settle all presents for Nov (including the anniversary!). YaY! So with that, I declare myself as bankrupt! 😬 In fact, the presents have been passed to the rightful recipients. And except for sis, the rest had unboxed theirs.

Glad that for sis we managed to get the one on $50 discount and with free gifts. 

So guess it’s worth it! Hmmm but for now can’t wait for Oct to be over cos Nov’s gonna be filled with 2 hotel stays, Insha Allah! 

So the day began with Ion where I bought bro his Longchamp belt.

Kinda weird that the belts were the last pieces available.

But at least it’s Longchamp not Coach where you can get at IMM instead.

After that, walked over to Bath and Bodyworks to grab $5 hand soaps!

My favourite of all time! Remember to always grab them only when they’re on sale! Haha.

Guess how many I got this time?

A total of six bottles! 

Thankfully since the husband had reserved the Dyson hairdryer at Best Denki, it was a breeze to make payment. But as there’re 3 boxes in total, they took some time to wrap them up. All settled and we took bus to Mom’s.

And now I realised that I forgotten to buy my serum! Gah!

As the kid wanted to follow the Obek, I decided to drag Mom out.

Got the mini figure which i wanted, but it was the display piece.

Got home and realised that she’s missing her skirt. 😏

Hopefully the shop would call soon for the replacement piece.

Lego Craze

It’s been almost 2 weeks since Legoland but guess the Lego craze is here to stay.

The boy had unwrapped his presents and found a classic lego box, Legoland T-shirts and a Trex lego set. Last week we managed to drop by a Bricks shop and the husband got me a box of Unikitty Kingdom! And he’s currently busy collecting the Lego Ewoks collections.

How like that? 

This is the boy’s creation and I must say it looks simply great!

He especially enjoyed building the Lego when we joined him.

Well for now I’m looking forward to the weekend.

With a meet-up of that cute new little girl, then to bbq and meet-up with best friends Insha Allah. Then of course can’t wait for November.

Now that the year’s coming to a close, it’s time to do a lot of catch-up.

And then I fell in love again

Not the kinda person who would prefer hipster places or be the first to eat this and that.

So when Mr Softee was re-sold again I did not bother looking for the specific outlets.

Then when I saw that Mr Softee having a 2 for $2 promo, happened to check out the available outlets and woa there’s one really super nearby.

So after sending the boy today, grabbed it but forgo the promo.

Macam haloba pulak if nak makan 2 sorang2.

But the size they selling now, is so kecik la.

For that cute size (da macam mini lak), I’m glad that I could taste and reminisce my childhood days. Sedap seh! 💕
