New books! Yay. There’s just something about Ustaz Mizi’s books that’s so relatable. Can’t wait to read up and it’s those rare books that you can just flip back any time.

We celebrated his birthday with most of his Obeks today. Alhamdulillah. So many gifts, Masha Allah.

Even by delivery.

Think he got 5 LEGO presents and all were different! From creator, DOTS, to Harry Potter and Jurassic World.

Missed the bf dates. So lucky that the mummy fren bot me these 3 tops from across the causeway. The best personal shopper ever. Sampai staff kena buat announcement kat PA system. 🤣

Finally got to try the crepe. 

My aglio olio was quite a bit to finish.

Sis got me this new rack from SD. She and her neverending purchase.

And oh gosh! I saw a wild samba deer otw home just now! By the roadside. 😳

9 years ago. We went for the interview over at ROMM. Probably the only decent photo we took before entering the room individually. ❤️

Back to the grind

 The end of the week break. Back to reality tomorrow but hey it’s going to be a short week!

We didn’t plan much for this break but we managed to go m o i c and to the beach. 

We were waiting for OCK to open and went over to sign up for membership. Got an umbrella for the lucky wheel spin and 2 lego sets. Plus udders ice cream. 

Alhamdulillah for the fine weather although the neighbour said our place was raining. We spent about an hour at the beach and went to have lunch.

This was yesterday and rather impromptu. Went to Mom’s then she said she wanted Vadeh. So we walked over and bought Apam Balik as well. ❤️

This was on Thursday. Sanggup ye malam Jumaat walked over. And a bit of a bad choice cos there’s a crowd and we waited for more than 20mins for our order.

That random crashing to the bff’s place. 

Dapat makan roti kirai. Dapat donuts. She accompanied me to sis’ place then.

Where she got to witness the beautiful sunset.

And then even followed us to the plaza. For a quick dinner and grocery run. The first ever time I left the husband and son and spent the night away.

Sunday came and time to celebrate the sil’s huge milestone. Yummy spread.

And couldn’t resist stealing 3 pieces from the dessert tier.

Should have gotten her a cake still. 😬

The kid has been wanting to go to moic. We didn’t get to go for June holidays and only last night I realised they opened today. Normally closed Mon- Wed. We went ahead with the peak hour crowd this morning. Such an interesting location.

Spotted an Intl school, outdoor gym and even a pet hotel! Got pool somemore.

Everthing was so pretty in pink. Bright colours. Had countless ice cream cone, potong, cup, wafer and even cheesecake!

Instead of the usual dragon, it’s a unicorn playground! What matters most is that he enjoyed himself thoroughly.

The paperbag so pretty! So tempted to get the Llama but settled for a totes instead.

A little bit of therapy

 

Retail therapy. Finally a new top.

Played the tokens while waiting for the boys then won the notebook. So went to collect sekali.

One of the main reasons to go Jewel. 

So that they could redeem their free haircut! Gonna be a packed weekend ahead and I can’t wait!

Teacher’s Day

 

Didn’t think much about this year’s presents but settled on Melvados biscotti and red pens. Kinda boring but hope they’re usable. Except for the Form Teacher’s Harry Potter cover and cushion. No gifts could ever be enough for the sacrifices of the teachers. And of course I had to wish my fave teacher of all time too. ❤️
