Birthday flowers came early!

And self-collected by the giver himself from the delivery uncle. Heh.

Honestly, I cannot wait to transfer them to the vase.

Cos they will bloom better than in the bouquet. But I don’t know why this time they used the sponge instead of wet tissue as base. 

Thankful and grateful.

Can’t believe we planned for this since last year.

Worth the trip to the south to try this although north would be logically nearer. 

But guess gonna be a long time before I wanna have some chocolates again. Heh.

Last weekend

 

Our celebratory lunch yesterday after he collected his award. Alhamdulillah. So thankful he got the award for 3 years in a row. 

These all from JB. Yeap just JB and sis bought us these many stuff. 2 cargo pants for me! And some random tshirt. So happy too that I bumped into the BFF last Sat!

Hugged her tight cos rindu ye. Last met her was 2019.

Now I cannot wait for next week to come.

Orchard in under 3 hours

 

Didn’t go out yesterday and really lazed the whole day.

Even cooked lunch and dinner.

Today was rushing though. 

Baked karipap, husb went out to get prata just for the son then we went out to get a belated present and grabbed NTUC stuff so can redeem $8 voucher. Also had a quick lunch cos the family coming over after jemputan.

Sis came and dragged me out to town. Town eh? Which I was so lazy to go to yesterday when the husb suggested. 

She bought the shoes she wanted and bought me my bday present too! ❤️

Amazed that we went out at 3.30pm and I was home before 6pm!

Unbothered

Staying unbothered takes a lot. And says a lot about oneself. But this week has been nothing but eventful.

Like getting this self-reward birthday gift and having to pay a dollar for it cos I received $8 voucher back. Thankful for having one of the most melayan bf partner. To layan my sorts of karenah. Early in the morning too. 

We went to the specific outlet cos only certain stores keep stocks. Even had to exchange to another cos there’s a little fault with the one I paid for. 

Week 2’s done and dusted! Alhamdulillah.

Almost a full week except without CCA yet. Guess fuller weeks to come when all spellings in. Urgh.

Husb asked for wishlist but I still can’t figure out what I want. Bags? Again? Staycay can? But for now all I want to do is sleep in for the weekend.

Orientation week done.

Baru nak rileks eh then Fridays kena stay behind for Advanced Malay. Apakah. 

Last year bole reject this time wajib pulak cikgu kata.

Times have really changed. 

Dulu weak students need to stay for remedials, zaman skg the better students kena perah lak.

Ready or not the new academic year’s coming for real this Monday.

Started the new year with a breakfast treat from the jiran.

I’m so blessed to have close neighbours here. 🥹

Semangat ye bangun pagi on a brand new year, with cold rainy weather too just to have that precious breakfast time out. 

Now now, ready to be back on routine?

It’s going to be a warm-up for tomorrow because the husb gonna start work so hello 5am mornings!

Thankful for another day of rest for the son but a superb long to-do list awaits!

Laundry - wash - iron - fold - vacuum - clear rubbish - cut his nails - ensure he pack his bag proper - go through his wardrobe - store his new books - cook!
