#Bunianeseday begins

Let the celebration begins!

Started the wkend early at 730am for a day trip to JB with the bffs. Our last was way back in Jul 2018 for Lin’s bday. 

So kecoh today cos Ah Pek shouted TICKET pepagi in the bus. Boleh cakap baik2 pe. But memang hari2 dia kena hadap benda sama, dia pekik la hari2. Pekik sampai suara pecah lagi ye. Abeh kenapa la pulak sini bole pakai ezlink sana takle? Lucky Lin ada extra cc for me. 

I didn’t managed to clear the autogate, asked the asst and was told to go to manual counter. Manual counter rejected instruct me to go to autogate instead. Thankfully, his colleague assisted me through smoothly. That was nerve-wrecking early in the morning. 

Baaaaaaaaah. But Alhamdulillah after that all else went great with no hiccups. We stayed at the same mall and left only at almost 4pm. Going back home was easy. 

Super grateful for the souvenirs and presies! 🥹

Can’t wait to send the material for tailoring. 

And happy to have found Bayu Somerset over at Parkson.

Yesterday met up with Sally!

Missed catching up with her cos the last few meets we brought along the not so little ones.

The walk

 That I needed. 

I was contemplating to do this walk because I couldn’t remember when was the last I brisk walked. Oh boy!

Started at Tangs Orchard - Newton - Balmoral Plaza - SCPS - Botanic Garden - Serene Centre - Coronation Plaza - Sixth Ave - King Albert Park

Dusted.

It’s all about him and…

 Me! Of course.

Masha Allah. Alhamdulillah. So proud of the boy for consistently achieving bursaries and awards for the past 5 years. 🥺🥹 He’s so blessed I’m sure with prayers from all around him.

And today marks the new MP distributing the certs and I was pleased with his opening speech. No more about our hood progress and such (we all really appreciated the efforts) but more on how to go through life. Staying humble, kind and calm. That it’s ok sometimes when we don’t feel 100%. Key is to be consistent. 🥺

After the ceremony, went to town to grab my presie. 

Alhamdulillah. I’m grateful. Super grateful.

Misses

 

Missing the girlfriend a little bit more of late. Missed our random chats in the wee hours talking about handsome boys we don’t know. Talking about what to buy, where to go, when to meet, plan Raya meet-up. 😔

I should go see her before Puasa starts. 

Emo- less

 Week 3 now! Eh so fast? 

Last wkend flew by just like that.

Wanted to go to Mom’s but she got jemputan so we went on Sunday instead. 

Had to go to the library to borrow malay books but ended up over at RWS instead. tsk. 

Thank God for the sunny weather that we had quite a workout completing our stamps. 

Gotta be my favourite of them all. 

And today just being Monday, went over to Mom’s again to collect my ole2 (yay!) and went out with sis to grab my presies! So u see, I had no time to being emo. Yet. 

Did You Know

 That my B went for course with my ex?

All of the 2 days. Yeap.

That I knew nothing about you but then Allah reveals everything including the name of your child. Same name as mine. 🤯

That I cannot afford to listen to songs when I was going through probably the roughest patch in my life. Cos I would just bawl my eyes out. 

That now everytime I think of you I feel nauseous. Why? 🤮

Paid a visit to the old friend. She’s so so strong and chill. Taking it all in. There’s definitely a good good reason why she’s in my life. 🥺

Getting the hang of routine again. Hopefully.

Let go and

Forgive. I’m ready to let go and embrace 2026. Eh. 

Probably cos after we survived week 1 of school. 

Ended the week with a brief family lunch and managed to settle the baju raya already. 

Pakcik seems to be getting thinner, hope he’s well. 

He doa for us to be healthy for upcoming months of Syaaban and Ramadan. 🥺

Sure it hits different because of the recent incidents of the parents and friends. 

Matches so well with my bag. 

Had Korean lunch.

Need to find time to breathe. 

Been rushing since Thursday. 😭

Took the long winding bus for Chapati breakfast. Eh jauh tau yet met the cousin there. Headed to Millenia - Raffles City - back home. 

Another rush today. After school sent Mom for her routine check-up and it took SO long. But also grabbed all the KL goodies cousins bought for us. On behalf of Dad. Hee. 

So thankful. 

Managed to update my physical diary too today.

Can take it slow in days to come? I miss my ME time. 

2026

 It’s only 3rd day of 2026 yet I’m already filled with so many events. Masha Allah. 

Didn’t meet the NTU tribe in 2025 but we met today. As usual, so easy to catch up like we just met yesterday. So grateful for this bond we shared throughout life’s commitments. 

What I’ve packed for the girls.

Glad2glow lip serum and Bifesta facial wipes. 😬

Such a serene location where only probably 5 tables filled up. And there was a live singer who turned out to be one of our student’s brother. Heh. 

Pretty la the rainbow cake. 

Got ice cream too! 

Went to a bbq bday party before dinner. So much fun and the boys won lucky prizes. Cool eh. Pergi bday tapi we’re the ones left with presents! 

Yesterday finally brought the boys out. So tiring but learnt a lot. 

Gained alot of knowledge too.

Bismillah. 

Twenty twenty-six.

I guess Allah keeps teaching you lessons when you don’t learned. Teaching me that not everyone has pure intentions when they deal with you. Some are true, some are more for their own benefits. I remember one main advice from sis that one shd not trust anyone 100%. That’s so true. Alhamdulillah for the few toxic ones, there’s actually many more with good hearts around me. And also I remembered Aunty from NTU said that good people are meant to meet good people. I see the truth over time. Let’s try to put my heart in doing things for the sake of Allah.
