The sacrifice of the grandparents.

Because they initially wanted to go to rewang but changed their minds to go later.

So that they could play with their only cucu.

Leap day today! And the husband got me a new Kate Spade case cos mine turned yellow and had its screen protector cracked a dozen times.

Can’t believe that I could find KS cases at the neighbourhood mall.

Alot of the XS cases were rubbery and no doubt will turn yellow over time.

Found this simple floral with a bit of glitter.

So perfect!

Insha Allah gonna use it till the end of my XS’s life. 

Leap week of the year

What a productive weekend!

On Sat went to Mom’s and to a birthday party without the boys.

So much yummylicious food!

From brownies to lemak pucuk ubi la seh. 

I had 3 rounds of servings. 😋

Always at the same spot when we reached.

So generous of BFF’s sis giving me 2 goodie bags although the kid did not come along.

Of course he’s so happy upon seeing bubbles and his fave burger in the fillers.

There’s even mechanical pencils and the leads.

Lucky to be spending my ‘off days’ with sis.

Here’s a lunch treat from her at All Things Delicious.

Missed baked salmon so much and glad I managed to have it. Finally.

And yesterday, I was so proud to have done so many chores despite going out with sis in the afternoon and went out for dinner with the boys.

Washed and hung out the laundry, the normal daily chores, cooked the boys fried rice and even ironed the week’s clothes! Now’s the blues kicking in left right center. 🤣

Happy that I got to redeem my Sephora points for this reusable bag! 😍

Birthday gifts from membership

Had to go out today to collect the kid’s passport.

Thankfully he wasn’t needed to be present.

Glad that the parents could come over and look after him while we go on a brief wkend date. Was way earlier than the appointment time but Alhamdulillah collection was done all under 10mins. Pleaded the husband to go over to MBS to redeem my birthday gifts.

Felt strange to the quietness of the used to be crowded areas especially on the weekends.

Train rides were like off peak hours situation.

Alhamdulillah for the birthday gift from MBS.

2nd year in a row. 

Finally bought the PIXI toner and LM powder.

Redeemed the birthday gift from Sephora too!

Bought the husband this cute Raspberry White Chocolate with cheese mousse.

And added a little motivational note as well.

Had Pizza Hut’s heart pizza.

It was yummy indeed.

This was delish too!

Hershey cookie with ice cream. ❤️

And these cute pair of cushions was included in the set!

Guess I would not remove them from the plastic ever.

Guess we cannot plan much for the weekend.

The virus getting all so serious now.

So gonna stay in as much and sanitize the whole house.

Countless blessings on my Birthday.

Alhamdulillah it was love filled birthday.

Had intimate dinner with family at our fave Swensens.

Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday weekend with the family.

Always have the same thing.

All time favourite Crayfish Pasta.

Husband got me this cake from Swensens too.

My only customised cake this year.

The husband didn’t even know the flavour of the cake but it’s Butterfly Pea Flower Vanilla with Marshmallow ice cream.

Something different!

Had a feeling that there’s gonna be a delivery today but it was half past ten and I decided to close my door. But when I was reheating my lunch, the doorbell rang.

Stood two guys at the door with a long carton box.

My first ever time receiving these beautiful long stalk roses!

Alhamdulillah. So blessed! It came with a travel size candle too.

Ordered by sis. And she told me she actually ordered a mix of bright pink and cherry brandy roses so she thought it was wrongly delivered.

Apparently they tried to contact her but to no avail.

She wanted me to have the bright pink roses to match my Marc Jacob bag.

But these were really beautiful too! ❤️

Welcoming February!

An early birthday celebration with the family to welcome the birthday month!

Alhamdulillah so grateful and blessed to be spending precious quality time with the family. Thankful to the husband for the sumptuous Thai dinner treat and the siblings and parents for the Marc Jacob bag and Cat and Fiddle cake! ❤️

I shared this huge seafood noodles with sis and bro.

Licin. Alhamdulillah.

The mango was slightly sour for the sticky rice.

Yay sis ordered this cheesecake for the celebration. 😻

Delivered right to our doorstep.

Thankfully she selected the mixed version so that we could taste all of the different flavours! But my fave gotta be Mao Shan Wang still.

Sis lighted up the cake with the spiral candles all the way from Philippine.

Finally found this Mickey Ice Cream at NTUC.

Perfect for the celebration although we’re all too full.
