10.30am till 9.30pm

He came by the deck to pass me a bag of moss (again!).
Then waited for me to put the moss at home and we walked over for bf.
He told me to have Mac D bf so that I could get birdie.
Forgotten that it was only Tues.
Took the bus to Harborfront and had lunch at Seah Im.
Finished every single grain of the Nasi Ayam goreng.
Grabbed Awfully choc stacked cake and smuggled into GV for The Road.
Thot it was some undergrd English movie but turned out to be Pinoy!
Lucky the lead was gd-looking and a lil like Ashraf Sinclair.
Took bus to Clementi for early dinner of Chinese Rojak.
Can't believe we bot a $6 serving.
My first time ever.
Took train to JP and had waffles.
Then headed home.



Drained! Rambut da masai as usual.

Ikea

 Aft the crazy loong Sat, Sunday started a lil later for me. Actually, not so.
Cldnt slp aft Subuh so I dragged myself up and swept the house.
Prepared bf for sis, ironed my clothes and read the papers.
Waited for noon to come and off I went to meet him.
Org tu mood baik, came all the way to cck to fetch me. ;)

He still insisted to bounce back from Pioneer. Aiyo.
So we napped to Tampines. Ikea was HUGE.
First thing first. Was so damn hungry we went to the restaurant straight!
Queued for the meatballs instantly.

Then while queueing I saw a glimpse of the desserts at $3 each!
GOTTA have it! So while eating the balls, I kept repeating to him, pls la u queue for me k.
And I think he can't tahan alr, he went to grab it.
Not one but TWO choc cakes skali!
BAHASA! But I like!! hee.

I was quite in a dilemma on how many balls I shd get.
Mind u it was the 1st time I'm gonna taste them.
Eventually settled for 15 of them and a plate of fried rice.
Shared!

I preferred the one in front. He instructed me to cut those cakes equally.

Dono y he grabbed 2 spoons and a fork.

So I carefully sliced the cake into half annnnnddddd.....

Happily licking the fork at the end of it!

After the fork was back shiny, I realised that I forgot to slice the other one.

His expression was hilarious.
He doesnt like to share things with me....
But now I get to drink from his green green bottle! hee.

Today is a Gift :)

A reminder that should always be on our mind. Every single day. Saw the phrase right in my face while I was in the mrt. Cos the words were tattooed on the back of a girl standing in front of me.
Went out early today to meet up with Aunt Sal.
We cleared the final transaction and insyaAllah, will be heading to Okinawa/ Taiwan in June.

And since it's the 2nd day wout the parents, I had to draft out the plans on what needs to be done.
As the am was already filled, had to do the laundry in the noon instead.
But the weather decided not to cooperate.
So the clothes are still not settled.
Hopefully the sun will come out really gd tmr and I will make sure that they will be crispy!

I was multi tasking with the washing machine running and frying my Prawn sambal as well as cook the pasta all at the same time. After hanging the laundry, then had a bit of time for lunch.

Watched an olskool dvd (Muriel's wedding) which was bot by sis accompanied by thunderstorm.
As I was reading the Straits times, a loud HELLO came on!A short guy was at the door and I thot I heard he said mom's name.
Apparently he was from G market.
Woa ordered on Tue it arrived on Sat late noon!
Nice timing what with me lazing at home. Cos if he were to come on wkdays no one wld be able to receive it. 2nd purchase from G market and am quite contented with the orders.

I decided to finish up the 2pc durian in the fridge.
As I was abt to put it into my mouth, I saw a BLACK DOG in front of my door!

Maaaaaaaaaaak! I screamed. hee.

He glanced at me and shashay off. -_-
How can an anjing be lost??? In front of my house!

Last nite was rather special. I was 'officially' intro-ed to his ex colleagues.
And they are such pleasant and warm people. Globally lak tu.

As sis was working full and I dun wana be left alone, I self-invited myself to his farewell dinner. haha
Was expecting a firm NO from him but it turned out the opposite. hee
They were storytelling for more than 2hrs, my butt was hurting from those plastic stools.
But it was all worth it. ;)

Told him to crop the pic but nvr gimme face ar.
My arm can easily pass off as a thigh! Aaaaaaa.

Glad that the wkend was maximised, seems like my wkdays are packed too!
Chased the mon blues away with a movie date.
But got more blues instead.
Becos of someone lor. Lucky we got everything done within that less than an hr.
And was happy that I bumped into my sec sch best fren, her husband initially.
So we waited for her arrival. And I got a cheekie kiss as well as a huggie. ;)

Dahla made pple angry kan... While getting the tics, he said to the counter guy and pointing at me,

"My gf can see ghosts!" O_O
NYACEH!

That wasn't it. Tue got to teman him get all his chocs and I successfully persuaded him to get Royce.
But then I was treated to Ritter Sports. Only.
So tempting with the Awfully Choc, Royce and Magnum ads everywhere!

Now that the parents gonna leave us for msia, had to send them to bb.
So many cheymong at bb...I went cherk cherk cherk and this one catwalked over to me and with all his shashaying jumped onto my car.

Making urself comfy hah? And there's another cheymong laying on a car's roof. tsk tsk. 

Mom's happy cos she received her HappyCall today!

Weekend ♥

 I just had one of the most fun-filled weekends! :)
Glad that it had been maximised till this hour.

Sat morn was spent with the routine of driving sis to work and then some marketing.
Squeezed a lil time to do up a card for Ling. hee.
Can't wait to see her actually!

Was to meet her at 1.30pm and I did this up at 11.30am.
So it was really fresh and wet from the glue. hee.
And I knew I cld do better than this.. tSk.

Had sumptious lunch at Pastamania not after waiting for her for some time cos she was held up.
Being alone for a while attracted some attention. At least of an African guy.
After he finished his own meal at the next table, he came over and wanted to join me. O_O
Initially, I cldn't get what he was mumbling but I kept saying NO.
He even repeated his question and I told him NO my fren's coming!
The next sec I saw Ling's face and was so glad and relieved!
So weird cos I just watched that witchdoc video from Kenya and I had to be approached by this random African guy. Eeeeeeeks! Anyways only chit chat story tell for abt 1.5hr with her cos sis reached Ct hall.
Took the train over and sis bot her overpriced Crocs! Lucky got 10% off. But still OVERPRICED!

Had only an hr or so to shop at Marina cos our movie was at JP.
Yeah lo all the way back to the west. But it was worth it!
The Avengers was pretty exciting. And I was wondering whose ass when the guy kept on punching.
Turned out to be Capt America! More yummy than Channing heh. hee.

Thankfully sis willing to watch with me cos it's been so long since we both see a movie tog and everyone else has watched the Avengers except me.
Glad that I managed to grab some baby stuff as well right before the movie.
Came home and  had Briyani for dinner! Lovely.

Woke up a lil late this morning cos I slept only at 1am+. Had bf and got ready to meet PSBF.
We had a long way to go cos crashing another PSBF's place. Hee.
Seems like we are going there for the 3rd time yet we cldn't rem which blk and what bus to take. Haha.

It was hilarious arguing with PSBF from CCK to Eunos and even right till Lin's door.
Look at lil Ali up there!
I was creating conversation with him and he was responding so well by giggling at me and raising his hand at my phone.

And here's the big sis! All grown up.

And since we were at the East, stopped by Geylang and had Chendol.
Such a nice remedy for a HOT weather.
Took the draggy bus home and was semangat to cycle with sis.
And we stumbled upon a new Connector. Gosh!
It was so hidden but another route to reach Junction 10!
Sis wanted Gong Cha and I grabbed some tidbits from Giant.
Cloud was so threatening and we cycled hurriedly home.
But it then started to drizzle heavily and almost stopped.
When we decided to continue, the rain decided to pour!
So we were drenched! Badly. But so shiok to play in the rain aft donkey yrs!

Pit Stopssss

Hee. More like longer time spent at the pit stops than cycling.
Stopped by Teck Y to check the huge shopping bags. Continued to cycle to Junction 10.
And we reached our destination! YaY

Ice choc.. Okays only lah.. Can't beat CBTL or Starbucks.

And we parked like we own the place. hee.
Next route Bt Gombak??? hahahhaha.

mom's (B)day!

 Mother's day wishes everywhere, mainly in FB but I wonder how many Moms actually read those wishes there. Waited patiently for dinner to come cos we gonna have our very 1st family steambot (including sis in law of cos)! Verrrrry excited cos I was the one who bot the steambot/ griller, he was the one who helped me carry it home. :) As we were to have a 'feast, I only had roti boyan for bf and pizza roti for lunch.
Tummy was growling oh so loud close to 7pm.

At least I killed some time by sending dad to grab his coach tic to Penang.
He even bot mom's presie in the vicinity and I asked him to get it wrapped.
But he told mom honestly that it was a blender and placed it in the kitchen..still wrapped. O_O
SO much for paying a dollar for the 2 pieces of wrapper.
Glad that he got mom the Philips blender instead of the cheapo ones in the end.
Oh I did not close the car door properly so had to drive with the inner light on all the way to cck.
Thot I cld rectify it by stopping but it kinda got stuck.
Anyways this was the worst ever cos I drove with the petrol door opened before from wdlands to cck. hee.

The 1st round begins!
It was so kecoh seh.... I tossed tossed the wings sotong and beef till my fingers hurt.
Not only that, was perspiring at the same time.
Talking abt steamboat wout aircon.
But it was SO fun! We even completed the session within an hr.

Part of the ingredients such as ready marinated wings easily avail from NTUC.
They even came in flavours such as Teriyaki, Bulgogi (YummY!) and Black Pepper.
We bot the stiry fry beef, prawns and sotong.
Not forgetting the crab meat hotdogs lettuce and mushrooms.

Bro and sis in law got this cake conveniently from Prima Deli.
Tasted a lil like Secret Recipe's banana choc! Not bad.
The 59 candles' idea was instructed by me. hee
Oh yes. Mom turned 59 today. Alhamdulillah.

But I guess she can't wait to turn 60 cos she been nagging at me to apply for her the Senior Citizen ez link.
She also can't wait to enjoy the senior citizens' discounts at Teck Y shopping ctr. Adoi.

Mom was happier this Bday cos she got more presies than usual, besides the presence of her ONLY daughter in law. hee. Apparently this yr bro sis and I din even conspired on her presie.
Sis alr sponsored her cruise trip and will be covering her Taiwan/ Okinawa trip as well, so I thot it'd be best that I got mom's presie on my own. However, sis and bro got mom similar presies for her! Essence of chicken. Plus bird's nest...Will request mom for 1 of the nest. Thankfully, the long blouse I got her from Island Shop fits her just nice. Phew! And I hope she cld wear it for a very very long time. hee.

Cruising.... to Redang!

Didn't really know what to expect on a cruise except that Dad kept emphasizing about Titanic.
But here goes! :)
It was a rather pleasant experience.
She departed abt 8pm and we cld really feel that we're moving. hee.
And when u stood still, at times u just felt like falling (mayb unbalanced abit la).

Feeling2 titanic la kononye... But then nobody to catch my back.
If he's behind me, for sure both of us will topple backwards with legs up in the air.
Excited much!

First nite plans was to have dinner with our 100 credits.
There was only 1 Halal restoran named The Taj.
Each pax about 25++ credits so we maxed up our credits by abt 7.
Food was yummy! Buffet by the way.
Not that huge spread if ur expecting one but really was filling enough.
When we were done with dinner there was a fire drill.
A quick one and the staff showed us how to put on the life jacket.
Once everything settled we explored the decks and went back to our cabin.
Sis was a lil under the weather but I forced her to watch the 10pm show with me.
Somewhere in time.
Something like Voyage De La Vie with all the acrobats and stunts.
Ended past 11pm and went back to cabin for the night's slp.
And mind u, we did feel our bed moving... A lil. hee

2nd nite after the Mom's day dinner, we watched the Magic show from Charles who came all the way from Las Vegas. Very entertaining indeed!
Well, it was a long 2nd day actually. 

Earlier on the 2nd day, we took this lil thing called Tender Boat.
I seriously thot it was the safety boats initially.
But no. We took this boat from our cruise to the lil island of Redang!
The crew were so helpful ensuring safety.

Anyways these tender boats were hung right below our cabins.. hee.

After about 15mins ride, we reached the shore!
Clear blue water greeted us! :D
Unfortunately, I was unable to play in the water much.
We splurged RM150 on souvenirs!
Glad that we bot at that particular shop rather than the other one near the entrance cos the ole2 were more presentable and of better quality. The shop was really hidden in the resort.

Anyways, the $500+ was quite worth the trip as it was really a diff experience to be cruising,
Nonetheless, u'll get bored if it's gonna be a longer duration.
So 3D2N was just nice.
Felt really thankful to be able to wake up in the middle of the big sea with the sun taking its peek at our bedside. What a wonderful world!

The weekend cruise was over too soon! Loved it tho cos it din make me miss home that much.
Probably cos mom's with us.
And it was one of those not so tiring trip only aching to the bod.
Glad that it was a PH for us yest and got to meet him for movie date! ;)
Nvr did I expect to spend more than 9hrs with him.
Where did all the time go? -_-

While other guys get their gfs flowers, I got this apple moss instead!
He had layered those soil one by one and planted his apple moss for me.
But being a sentimentel guy (dono la where he's from...pondok boyan agaknye!), he claimed that this is no ordinary moss. Basically u can't get this one from sg (he got it from one of the guys from Hort park when they had a talk or seminar, something like tat).
And more sentimentelly (hee!) he said that this apple moss was special cos he got it during the time when he first got to know me. So he tried his very best to grow it for...ever.

What do I do with them? hee.
Hopefully I cld grow them. Well.

Altho we had spent more than 9hrs yest, he wanted to have bf with me before I start work today.
Told him that I wld reach abt 8.10 but he msg me that he was alr there at 7.22AM!!
I was juz abt to put on my powder. So the unthinkable happened!
I rushed out and flagged a cab.
Nvr la did once I take a cab to work.
Oh he passed me this book here.
And LooK at what he's written on the front page.
Told u he's sentimentel.

And he had to slip this poskad in the book. -_-
